If an account is opened under someone else's name or with false information, betjl1 reserves the right to immediately close that account and withhold any funds held within it.
Betjl1's services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Any account opened or used by a minor will be terminated and all associated transactions will be voided. betjl1 is committed to keeping underage individuals away from gaming.
Individuals in certain regions or professions in Bangladesh may be subject to mandatory restrictions on using betjl1's services. betjl1 employees are not permitted to place bets for their own benefit. Accessing the platform via VPN or proxy from a restricted region constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Betjl1 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
Every withdrawal request is reviewed by betjl1's security team. Standard requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes. If additional verification is required, processing may take longer and betjl1 will notify the member accordingly. Large withdrawal amounts may require additional KYC documentation.
Member wallet funds are held separately from betjl1's company funds. Any financial difficulties on betjl1's part will not affect the money deposited in your wallet.
All bonus offers at betjl1 come with their own terms, detailed on the promotions page. Whether it's a welcome bonus, rebate, cashback, or free bet — every bonus is subject to a specific wagering requirement. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the required betting amount must be completed first.
A member may not use the same bonus offer more than once unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Bonus validity periods generally range from 7 to 30 days, as specified on the offer page. If the wagering requirements are not met within the given timeframe, the bonus will be forfeited.
All bets placed on betjl1 are final. Once a bet is confirmed, it can only be changed using the Cash Out feature — and only when Cash Out is available for that market. The odds displayed at the time of placing the bet are the odds that apply.
If a match or event is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled, bets will be handled in accordance with betjl1's policy. In general, if an event does not resume within 24 hours, the bet will be considered void and the stake refunded. For Live Betting, odds change rapidly — the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed will apply.
Betjl1 reserves the right to review and void exceptional bet outcomes caused by technical errors or incorrect odds. In such cases, betjl1 will prioritise resolving the issue for all affected members.
Certain activities are strictly prohibited to maintain a safe and fair environment on betjl1. Any violation of the following will result in immediate account closure and the associated funds may be forfeited.
Where money laundering or fraud is suspected, betjl1 is legally obligated to notify the relevant authorities and may place a hold on the funds in the account.
Betjl1 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without providing a reason, though this typically occurs due to a breach of terms or suspicious activity. During a suspension, access to the account and all transactions will be blocked.
If an account is closed through no fault of the member, any remaining wallet balance will be refunded. However, if closure results from a breach of terms, bonuses or funds obtained through suspicious means may be forfeited. Members may also request account closure at any time.
